Working out in your backyard, garage, living room, or wherever!
Here is a total body strength and power home workout requiring no equipment, and challenges your muscles with supersets (two exercises back to back with no rest, usually involving the same muscle group), then finishes with core and cardio, and it takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. It is a little more advanced but there are things you can do to modify it. The graphic below has a few links that lead to exercise demos! Enjoy and stay fit at home, friends!
